How do I sync apps from my computer to my iPod Touch?

I recently just downloaded about 5 apps onto my computer while syncing my iPod. One of them was an iPhone app, which I accidentally payed for.


I've done everything, replugged in my iPod, synced it about 5 times and authorized my computer and tried dragging them onto my ipod. Nothing will work!


I payed for these apps and I don't want them to just go down the drain :(How do I sync apps from my computer to my iPod Touch?
