the easiest thing to do is to cut the connectors off the speaker leads and plug them into the stereo output
OR
add and adapter and plug them into the headphone jack.
In either case, you will not be happy with the results. Computer speakers a TRASH - computer speakers are LOW WATT and you will blow the voice coil if you exceed a couple ( one to two) watts.
The USB connector is the 5V supply for the internal amp.How to use computer speakers as stereo speakers?
You have two stereo speakers right now. If they are connected to a receiver or amplifier, and you want to connect more speakers to the same amplifier, you need more speakers without an amplifier in them. Computer speakers have an amplifier built in. You could open the case of a computer speaker, and disconnect the amplifier and wire them to your amplifier.
A nice pair of small speakers without an amplifier are the MiniPod speakers.
They can be found on ebay.
Also JBL makes some small speakers that are very good and reasonably priced.

Good luck
You could damage your computer. When you add speakers, you will change the resistance value that is being connected to the speaker connection. This isn't like connecting speakers to a stereo system, where the stereo may accept a variable range of resistance. It may work, but you could very well end up with no sound at all.
