How to remove ';antispyware soft';?

It's this fake ';spyware'; program that wants me to sign up for it and pay for it, but I'm NOT doing that. I didn't even download it, it just appeared after I went to some website. It's a little green shield with a checkmark on it that stays in my toolbar. I can't remove it. I can't put it in my recycling bin. It blocks EVERY program on my computer from opening because it wants me to think it's ';infected';.

WHAT CAN I DO TO REMOVE THIS RETARDED THING?How to remove ';antispyware soft';?
Well, I usually recommend downloading antimalware malware bytes program from http://www.malwarebytes.org/

As we all know Computer hackers seeking financial gain rather than thrills or notoriety are increasingly flooding the Internet with malicious software code (spyware, adware, key loggers, trojans). They are infecting computers with highly sophisticated programs that record surfing habits, bank passwords and other key financial data and send them to crooks over the Internet. These programs can be hard to spot, disguised in downloads such as toolbars, search engines, browser accessories, screen savers and other seemingly helpful utilities.

It's free and it works, i just did it. I have always sworn by AVG, but AVG couldn't do a thing to see or stop or remove this! :(

I am still sticking by AVG for the time being since it's still one of the top Anti Virus programs out there, and the free version has always been enough. But Malwarebytes really worked.

Go to this website first to show you how to get the internet working in SAFE MODE: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antispyw鈥?/a> , then when it comes to Downloading Automatic Removal Tool (Step 5), DO NOT USE THE ONE ON THAT PAGE, this is where you go to: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
